Professional Subscription Policy

1. Purpose

The OHDR Professional Subscription Policy™ explains how OHDR Professional™ subscriptions operate, including subscription plans, billing cycles, renewal procedures, account status management and subscriber benefits.

This Policy is intended to provide transparency regarding your subscription and should be read together with the OHDR System™ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. OHDR Professional™ Subscription

OHDR Professional™ is the premium subscription plan designed for dental professionals seeking advanced clinical decision support, professional documentation and continuous educational resources.

Subscribers receive access to exclusive professional features designed to support safer and more structured clinical decision-making.

Professional benefits may continue to evolve as OHDR System™ expands.

3. Subscription Plans

OHDR Professional™ currently offers three subscription options.

Monthly Plan

Billed every month.

Designed for professionals seeking maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment.

Subscribers may cancel automatic renewal at any time.

Quarterly Plan

Billed every three (3) months.

Provides a discounted rate compared to the Monthly Plan while maintaining the same Professional benefits.

Automatic renewal occurs every three months unless cancelled.

Semiannual Plan

Billed every six (6) months.

Provides the greatest subscription savings while maintaining full Professional access throughout the billing period.

Automatic renewal occurs every six months unless cancelled.

4. Launch Offer

OHDR System™ may periodically introduce promotional subscription campaigns.

At MVP launch, eligible subscribers may receive a special introductory subscription price.

The Launch Offer is available only during the official promotional period announced by OHDR System™.

The availability, duration and eligibility criteria of promotional campaigns are determined solely by OHDR System™.

5. Launch Price Protection™

Subscribers who join OHDR Professional™ during the official Launch Offer may retain their promotional subscription price indefinitely, provided that:

• their subscription remains continuously active;
• automatic renewals are successfully processed;
• the subscription is not voluntarily cancelled.

Launch Price Protection™ is linked exclusively to the subscriber’s account.

It is non-transferable and cannot be combined with future promotional campaigns unless expressly stated by OHDR System™.

If the subscription expires, is cancelled or cannot be successfully renewed beyond the applicable Grace Period, Launch Price Protection™ will be permanently forfeited.

Any future subscription will be charged according to the pricing in effect at the time of reactivation.

6. Account Status

OHDR System™ uses the following subscription statuses to manage subscriber access.

FREE

Registered user with access limited to the features included within the Free Plan.

Professional features remain unavailable.

PRO_PENDING

The subscriber has successfully created an account and selected an OHDR Professional™ plan.

Payment has not yet been completed.

Professional features remain locked until payment confirmation is received.

PRO

The subscription is active and fully paid.

Subscribers receive unrestricted access to all features included within OHDR Professional™.

PRO_GRACE

Temporary status assigned when an automatic renewal payment cannot be successfully processed.

Professional access remains available during the Grace Period while the subscriber updates their payment method.

PREMIUM_WAITLIST

User enrolled in the waiting list for the future Clinical Intelligence — PREMIUM subscription.

Enrollment does not constitute a paid subscription or guarantee future availability.

OHDR System™ will notify eligible users when Clinical Intelligence — PREMIUM becomes available.

7. Automatic Renewal

All OHDR Professional™ subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing frequency selected by the subscriber at the time of purchase.

Billing cycles include:

• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Semiannual

Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to Professional features and educational resources.

Subscribers may disable automatic renewal at any time before the next scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation of automatic renewal does not immediately terminate Professional access.

8. Renewal Reminder

To help subscribers maintain uninterrupted access, OHDR System™ may send a reminder notification approximately three (3) days before the scheduled renewal date.

Reminder notifications may include:

• Upcoming renewal date
• Current subscription plan
• Renewal amount
• Billing frequency
• Link to manage subscription
• Link to update payment information

Delivery of reminder notifications is provided as a courtesy.

Subscribers remain responsible for maintaining valid payment information and monitoring their renewal dates.

9. Payment Failure

If a scheduled renewal payment cannot be successfully processed, the subscription will automatically enter the temporary status:

PRO_GRACE

During this period:

• Professional access remains active.
• Educational resources remain available.
• Professional PDF generation remains available.
• Dashboard access is uninterrupted.

OHDR System™ may notify subscribers and request an updated payment method.

10. Grace Period

The Grace Period lasts three (3) calendar days.

The Grace Period applies equally to:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Quarterly subscriptions
• Semiannual subscriptions

If payment is successfully completed during the Grace Period:

PRO_GRACE → PRO

No interruption of service occurs.

If payment is not completed before the Grace Period expires:

PRO_GRACE → FREE

Professional features become unavailable.

However, OHDR System™ preserves:

• Professional profile
• Clinical assessment history
• Professional PDF reports
• Dashboard history
• Subscription history
• Account preferences

11. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the subscription management interface or the authorized payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals only.

The subscriber retains full OHDR Professional™ access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not immediately downgrade the account.

Professional access expires only after the active billing period has ended, provided no renewal payment is successfully completed.

Cancellation does not delete the user’s OHDR System™ account.

OHDR System™ preserves:

• Professional profile
• Clinical assessment history
• Saved reports
• PDF reports
• Dashboard history
• Subscription history
• Account preferences

This ensures continuity whenever the subscription is reactivated.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

12. Reactivation

Subscribers may reactivate OHDR Professional™ at any time after expiration.

Following successful payment:

• Professional features are restored.
• Previous reports remain available.
• Clinical assessment history is preserved.
• Dashboard preferences are maintained.

If Launch Price Protection™ has been lost due to cancellation or expiration beyond the Grace Period, the new subscription will be charged according to the pricing in effect on the date of reactivation.

13. Future Subscription Changes

OHDR System™ continuously evolves.

Future subscription plans, billing models or Professional services may be introduced.

Whenever material changes affect subscribers:

• reasonable advance notice will be provided;
• existing subscriber rights will be respected in accordance with applicable agreements;
• Launch Price Protection™ will continue to apply whenever eligibility requirements remain satisfied.
