Terms of Use

Welcome

Welcome to OHDR System™ ("OHDR", "we", "our", or "us").

OHDR System™ is a cloud-based clinical decision support platform designed to assist dental professionals in evaluating medically complex patients through structured clinical assessment, educational resources, and professional clinical support tools.

By creating an account, accessing, or using OHDR System™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply.

OHDR System™

The complete digital platform providing clinical decision support, educational resources, professional documentation and subscription services.

Platform

The OHDR System™ website, dashboard, software applications, educational resources and related services.

User

Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

Professional User

A licensed dental professional or authorized healthcare professional using OHDR System™ for clinical support purposes.

Account

A registered user profile created to access OHDR System™ services.

Subscription

A paid OHDR Professional™ plan providing access to premium clinical features and educational resources.

Professional Library™

The exclusive educational resource center available to eligible subscribers, containing clinical frameworks, professional guides, educational documents, videos and future learning resources.

SION™

The OHDR System™ Clinical Navigation Assistant designed to assist users in navigating the Platform and accessing educational and informational content.

SION™ does not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatment or replace professional clinical judgment.

Community OHDR™

The professional discussion environment available within the Platform for educational collaboration among users.

Clinical Frameworks

Educational documents created by OHDR System™ to support structured clinical reasoning and safer decision-making.

Clinical Frameworks are educational resources and are not clinical practice guidelines issued by governmental or professional organizations.

2. Eligibility

OHDR System™ is intended exclusively for individuals who are legally permitted to use the Platform under applicable law.

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

OHDR System™ is designed primarily for:

  • licensed dentists
  • dental specialists
  • dental educators
  • dental students
  • authorized healthcare professionals
  • institutions involved in dental education or patient care

The Platform is not intended for direct use by patients as a substitute for professional healthcare.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of OHDR System™ complies with all applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations within their jurisdiction.

3. User Accounts

To access certain Platform features, users must create an account.

During registration, users agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Country
  • Password
  • Professional information where applicable

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Users are solely responsible for all activity occurring under their account.

OHDR System™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading or fraudulent information.

Users must immediately notify OHDR System™ of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving their account.

Account Status

OHDR System™ currently supports the following account statuses:

FREE

Registered user with access to the free features available within the Platform.

PRO_PENDING

Registration has been completed, but payment for the selected OHDR Professional™ subscription has not yet been successfully processed.

Professional features remain locked until payment confirmation.

PRO

Active OHDR Professional™ subscriber with access to Professional features, the Professional Library™, Community OHDR™, professional reports and other subscription benefits.

PRO_GRACE

Temporary status assigned when an automatic subscription renewal cannot be completed.

During the Grace Period, subscribers retain full Professional access while updating their payment method.

PREMIUM_WAITLIST

Registered user awaiting future availability of Clinical Intelligence — PREMIUM.

Enrollment in the waitlist does not constitute a paid subscription or guarantee future availability.

Users may update their account information at any time through their Profile settings.

OHDR System™ reserves the right to verify account information where reasonably necessary to maintain Platform integrity and security.

4. OHDR Services

OHDR System™ provides a cloud-based clinical decision support platform designed to assist dental professionals in evaluating medically complex patients through structured clinical assessment, educational resources and professional clinical support.

The Platform is intended to improve clinical organization, facilitate structured risk assessment and support professional decision-making.

OHDR System™ currently includes, but is not limited to:

  • Clinical assessment modules
  • Structured clinical reports
  • Professional PDF reports
  • SION™ Clinical Navigation Assistant
  • Community OHDR™
  • OHDR Professional Library™
  • Clinical Frameworks
  • Educational resources
  • Future professional educational content

OHDR System™ may continuously expand, improve or modify its services without prior notice when necessary to improve the Platform, security, performance or user experience.

Certain features may be available only to users with an active OHDR Professional™ subscription.

Future services, educational resources and Premium features may be introduced without affecting the operation of existing subscriptions.

OHDR System™ does not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available, although reasonable efforts will be made to ensure long-term continuity of the Platform.

5. Subscription Plans

OHDR System™ currently offers different access levels.

FREE

The FREE plan provides limited access to selected Platform features.

FREE users may access only the features specifically identified as available for free accounts.

Certain clinical assessments, educational resources and Professional features remain restricted.

OHDR Professional™

OHDR Professional™ is the paid subscription plan providing access to advanced Platform functionality.

Professional subscribers receive access to features including:

  • Unlimited Clinical Assessments
  • Professional PDF Reports
  • Community OHDR™
  • OHDR Professional Library™
  • Clinical Frameworks
  • Educational Resources
  • Future Professional resources included within the Professional subscription

Professional benefits may evolve over time as OHDR System™ continues to expand.

Clinical Intelligence — PREMIUM

Clinical Intelligence — PREMIUM is currently under development.

Users may voluntarily join the Premium Waitlist.

Enrollment in the waitlist does not create a subscription, reservation or contractual obligation.

OHDR System™ reserves the right to define future Premium pricing, availability and included services.

Subscription Billing Options

OHDR Professional™ currently supports the following billing cycles.

Monthly

Billed every month.

Quarterly

Billed every three months.

Semiannual

Billed every six months.

Applicable pricing is displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

OHDR System™ reserves the right to modify future pricing.

Pricing changes will never affect subscribers who are protected under an active Launch Price Protection™ policy, provided their subscription remains continuously active.

Launch Price Protection™

Subscribers who join OHDR Professional™ during an official Launch Offer may retain their promotional subscription price for as long as their subscription remains continuously active.

Launch Price Protection™ remains valid only while:

  • the subscription remains active;
  • renewal payments are successfully completed;
  • the subscription is not voluntarily canceled.

If a subscription expires or is canceled, any future subscription will be charged according to the pricing available at the time of reactivation.

Launch Price Protection™ cannot be transferred to another account.

6. Payments, Automatic Renewal & Grace Period

All Professional subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By purchasing an OHDR Professional™ subscription, the subscriber authorizes recurring billing according to the selected billing cycle.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Automatic renewals occur according to the subscriber's selected billing plan:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Semiannual

The renewal amount corresponds to the active subscription selected by the subscriber.

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

Payment Failure

If a scheduled renewal payment cannot be processed, OHDR System™ will automatically assign the account to the temporary status:

PRO_GRACE

During this period, subscribers continue to enjoy full Professional access while resolving the payment issue.

Grace Period

The Grace Period lasts three (3) calendar days.

This policy applies equally to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Quarterly subscriptions
  • Semiannual subscriptions

During the Grace Period, Professional functionality remains fully available.

OHDR System™ may send reminder notifications requesting that the subscriber update their payment method.

Grace Period Expiration

If payment is successfully completed before the Grace Period expires:

PRO_GRACE → PRO

Professional access continues uninterrupted.

If payment is not completed before the Grace Period expires:

PRO_GRACE → FREE

Professional features become unavailable.

However, OHDR System™ preserves:

  • user account
  • professional profile
  • clinical assessment history
  • saved reports
  • subscription history

Subscribers may reactivate Professional access at any time by purchasing a new subscription.

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the subscription management interface or the authorized payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future automatic renewals only.

The subscriber retains full OHDR Professional™ access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancellation does not immediately downgrade the account.

Professional access will automatically expire only after the active billing period has ended, provided no renewal payment is successfully completed.

Cancellation does not delete the user's OHDR System™ account.

Cancellation does not remove:

  • Professional profile
  • Clinical assessment history
  • Saved clinical reports
  • PDF reports
  • Dashboard history
  • Subscription history
  • Account preferences

All user data remains securely stored within the Platform.

Only Professional features become unavailable after the subscription expires.

Subscribers may reactivate OHDR Professional™ at any time by purchasing a new subscription.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

OHDR System™ is committed to preserving users' clinical information and professional work, ensuring continuity whenever a subscription is reactivated.

Future Subscription Changes

OHDR System™ may introduce new subscription plans, billing options or Professional services in the future.

Existing subscribers will be notified whenever material changes affect their subscription.

Whenever applicable, Launch Price Protection™ will continue to be honored in accordance with these Terms of Use.
