Dental diagnosis / clinical problem
A diagnosis is required before any PBM discussion.

Pain modulation, inflammation modulation, healing support, comfort.

Patient risk assessment
OHDR risk classification; medical coordination needs.

Is PBM indicated?
Yes / adjunct / no / insufficient evidence / caution — 'no' is a valid decision.

Define biological target
